My SISTERS Painting.

My sisters painting is a strange one. But I like it!

Many of us have siblings. And regardless of if we get along or not, each has a talent for something. Art, in its many forms, most often comes in a non-expensive  mode for most. That brings me to my sisters painting. Sometime in 7th or 8th grade my sister painted a city with skyscrapers and the like. And in the right side middle there is a building that looks like a cross between Godzilla and a Banana. It was a class project and something like that and the class was to express what it mean to be abstract.

I do not know why I like this painting. But it appeals to me for some reason. I like it better than most of the works of art in the museum we visited on campus. And it is not because she is my sister...it is the art work itself.

This goes to show that sometimes great art can come from anywhere.
